Sr. Software Engineer - UI/UX

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of work experience as a UI/UX designer or in a related role is required.
• Portfolio of work in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of Sketch, InVision, HTML, Visio, Figma, Miro, iOS, Android, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills and be a good team player.
• Experience working in an agile environment as an important part of the team.
• Excellent communication skill with teams, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.
• Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
• Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements.
• Create UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly show how product features will look and work.
• Make unique graphic designs.
• Design for accessibility standards.
• Test UI elements, such as banners, CTAs, page designs, page layouts, target links, and page flows, for landing pages.
• Identify and resolve UX issues.
• Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.
